Clear cancellation policy 

Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your hypnotherapy appointment, the appointment may be offered to another client.

Cancellations must be made verbally via telephone please, email or text messages cannot be accepted. Please contact well in advance if you need to rearrange an appointment. Same day cancellation, forgotten or missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.

Please note that I still have to pay for room charges and time will have been spent on preparation for your session.
